Shipping Restrictions

Restrictions

These are the restrictions that we know of, there may be more out there. Customers
are responsible for knowing their own local and state laws.

 

MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO PURCHASE AMMUNITION. ALL AMMO SALES ARE FINAL

Handguns and Magazines:
California:

Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine

No threaded pistol barrels
Handguns must be on state approved list, Note: list is model specific

Colorado:

Cannot ship more than 15 round magazine or 8 round shotgun

Connecticut:

Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine (This does not pertain to Firearms
Dealers or Gunsmiths who are properly licensed)

Hawaii: NO AMMO SALES

Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine (This applies to handguns only)

Illinois: NO AMMO SALES

Cook County: Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine
Aurora: Cannot ship more than 15 round magazine
Chicago: Cannot ship more than 12 round magazine
Cicero: Cannot ship more than 15 round magazine
Franklin Park: Cannot ship more than 16 round magazine
Oak Park: Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine

Maryland:

Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine
Handguns must be on state approved list and requires spent cartridge

Massachusetts:

No Ammunition sales

Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine
Cannot ship any KRISS handguns or rifles
Handguns must be on state approved list

New Jersey: 

Cannot ship more than 15 round magazine

New York: NO AMMO SALES

Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine (This does not pertain to Firearms Dealers or Gunsmiths who are
properly licensed)

Ohio:

Cincinnati: Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine for rifle and 15 Rounds for handgun
Cleveland: Cannot ship more than 20 round magazine for centerfire and 30 rounds for .22 caliber
Columbus: Cannot ship more than 20 round magazine for centerfire
Dayton: Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine for rifle and 20 rounds for a handgun

Vermont: (Effective on October, 1 2018)

Cannot ship no more than 15 rounds for handguns and 10 rounds for rifles
Cannot ship no more bump-fire stocks

Washington D.C:

Cannot ship more than 10 round magazine

Other Restrictions:
Birchwood Casey Chemical Products: Cannot ship to California

FosTech:
Echo AR II Drop-In Triggers cannot ship to the following states: New Jersey, North Dakota, Connecticut, Oregon, Washington or Florida
Franklin Armory:
Binary Triggers Cannot be shipped to the following states: California, Washington DC, Iowa, North
Dakota, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Washington, Hawaii, Rhode Island, Florida, or Connecticut

Delaware: BFSIII trigger are sold for use in pistols and non-rifles firearms only. Buffer springs and adjustable
gas blocks are sold for use in pistols and non-rifles firearms only
Connecticut, Florida, Hawaii, Maryland, and Rhode Island: Cannot ship any BFSIII Products

Ammunition to California and New York State:
We will no longer be accepting any more orders for ammunition going to California or New York.
