Lateral Venture , LLC (“we”, “us” or “our”) understands your privacy is important. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) explains how we collect, use, and share information from visitors to our website located at triggerdepot.com (the “Site”). The terms of this Policy apply to all users of the Site. This Policy applies only to information gathered via the Site (and not by other methods such as telephone, email, postal mail, or in-person communications). If you do not agree with the terms of this Policy, you must immediately cease the use of the Site. We may update this Policy from time to time by posting a new version on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any updated version of this Policy has been posted constitutes your acceptance of then then-currently posted version of the Policy.

1.Information Collection.

We collect personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide on the Site, such as when you complete online forms or sign up for newsletters (“Personal Information”). If you do not wish to receive future marketing or promotional emails from us, you may opt-out by clicking on the “unsubscribe” button at the bottom of such e-mails, or by sending an e-mail to info@triggerdepot.com. We will take commercially reasonable measures to promptly implement your request. Opting-out of marketing and promotional emails will not prohibit us from sending you emails in response to you contacting us or in connection with any orders or other transactions you have entered into with us.

5.Updating and Retention.

As between us and you, you exclusively own all rights, title and interest in and to all of your Personal Information. You control the accuracy of your Personal Information. If you would like to update your Personal Information, please contact info@triggerdepot.com. We shall have no obligation to maintain or provide any of your Personal Information and may thereafter, unless legally prohibited, delete all of your Personal Information in our systems or otherwise in our possession or under our control. The Site may contain links to third party websites (each a “Third Party Site”). We do not own or control Third Party Sites, and this Policy does not govern how Third Party Sites collect, use, or share your information. 7.Children’s Privacy.

The Site is not targeted towards children under 13. If we discover we have collected Personal Information from children under 13, we will take commercially reasonable steps to promptly delete it from our systems.
